Description
In this image, Savannah Sky, the pastel hues of the sky almost match the rig colors and lights. This rig at sunset, is as if the two things belong together. The soft welcoming pigmentation of the clouds and the glow of the rig lights feel so warm. As if it’s a porch light glow at the end of a long hard day says, “come on in.” There seems to be something happening in the doghouse that looks welcoming. The rig itself giving off a feeling that there are being a few stories told on that old front porch. It reminds me of a summer evening when the days are longer. Those days when the sun just won’t go down.
The idea of iced tea and everyone sitting down around the porch to tell tall tells. Then the laughter echoes out from far away. The kind of summer days that you just don’t want to end. Finally, the light display of colors bouncing off the clouds creates such a vibrant array. Once inside the comforts of the porch a day like this still has plenty of time left. Time to relax and tell a few fish stories with a few good friends. It might not actually be that way but the Savannah Sky, and this rig at sunset sure does make one think it could be.
